Nero Burning ROM (32-bit) is a utility for writing data and CD audio to CD-R and CD-RW discs.
It supports all of the standard CD-ROM formats, including ISO levels 1 and 2, Joliet with 2-byte characters, mixed-mode, ISO Mode 1, and XA Mode 2.  It supports ISO, ASCII and DOS character sets with user-selectable relaxations of ISO/Joliet requirements. It can dynamically convert filenames to ISO format. It has support for HFS, ISO/HFS-Hybrid, OFAS, and UDF and UDF-Bridge. It can create CDs that are bootable from the floppy disk or a hard drive partition.
For Audio CD recording, the program supports Track-at-Once and Disc-at-Once operation, extraction of multiple audio tracks, speed setting of digital audio extraction, playing tracks in digital and analog, format conversion "on-the-fly", variable pause-length, jitter and CRC-correction, and a variety of filters.
nero Burning ROM can also be used for CD copying and creating images of CD ROMs. There are a variety of burn options and the program supports all major CD-R and CD-RW recorders.

CDRWin supports the recording of CD-ROMs, mixed-mode, and multi-session discs. It features the Cue Sheet scripting language that gives you custom control over disc layout; a disc backup utility that preserves the exact layout of the original disc, including all subcode information; ISO9660 disc mastering (with Joliet long filename support for Windows 95/98/NT); and bootable CD-ROM support. In addition, it offers support for Karaoke CD+G (see related links) and CD-Text discs (on compatible equipment), and disc UPC and track ISRC numbers (on most recorders). AudioCrusher is a program that allows you to extract digital audio from audio CDs and save the audio data in various sound formats, such as MP3, WAV & Ogg Vorbis. The audio is extracted digitally without any loss of quality. AudioCrusher supports a wide range of sound formats, such as RAW audio; WAV; MP3 via Lame Encoder, BladeEnc, or the Frauenhofer Codec; and WMA. More formats are available through the Audio Compression Manager interface. AudioCrusher can get information on audio CDs through the CDDB database and is able to create SFV-checksum files of the converted files to ensure file validity later on. The program also gives the user full control over the ID3 tags that are appended to the created MP3 files, and it can create Winamp play lists with extended play list information.
